DISGO LANEW® is a rustproof treatment technology which have superior corrosion resistance and excellent workability, it makes full use of the advantages of a high hardness metallic zinc layer and excellent edge coverage with disgo treatment through several years of development.


Coating structure and the corrosion prevention mechanism

An organic coating containing aluminum flakes and special rustproof pigment,With passivation layer of metallic zinc by chemically, prevents intrusion of corrosive factors from outside and controls the self-sacrificial galvanic effect of zinc effectively.

Free from RoHS directive six hazardous substances such as lead, cadmium and mercury including hexavalent and trivalent chromium

Thin coating, Superior corrosion resistance

Combining a thin coating metallic zinc layer and high-grade rustproof coating provides high-grade corrosion resistance in spite of thin film.

Scratch resistance

High edge coverage of zinc electro-plating reduces scratches on tapping screws, etc. on screwing, and improves corrosion resistance.

Low temperature processing

The baking temperature below 200°C protects the products from metallographic changes.

Energy consumption is reduced by the low temperature processing, contributing to prevent greenhouse effect.

Paint accumulation

Stable screwing and tightening torque is ensured thanks to thin and uniform coating without screw recess filling.
